Our Process
STEP 1
01.Design Consultation
Visit our showroom or schedule a consultation at your home. We gather all your project information and take preliminary measurements to provide an accurate initial quote.
STEP 2
02. Preliminary Bid
After you review and approve your price quote, we schedule a technician to perform a laser measurement template.
STEP 3
03. Digital Template at Residence
The measurement technician performs the laser template and reviews your project details for accuracy. The final project cost can then be generated, and the information is returned to our customer service team.
STEP 4
04. Customer Service Final Review
The customer service team reviews the project information for accuracy with you, then sends the job to logistics.
STEP 5
05. Logistics
Logistics reviews the CAD drawings for accuracy and gives the customer service team a confirmation date. The team then schedules your job for installation.
STEP 6
06. Fabrication Process
We cut your chosen material to the dimensions taken at the residence, then complete a rigorous quality control process at each phase of the fabrication process.
STEP 7
07. Installation
Installation takes between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the job. Once complete, the team will review the entire project and make sure it meets your expectations. Our installation manager is on site during the process to ensure accuracy and compliance, and to answer any questions that may arise. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
